I would recommend one of the midsize home dehydrator models for anyone just starting out in gym chalk ASMR. Some dehydrators are so small that you can only fit a few pieces or you might not be able to adjust the shelves to fit different shapes inside, so I think those are more of a hassle to use and I don't recommend them.
But the midsize dehydrators are not too expensive and they have removable shelves that you can position as far apart as you want to put small or large items on the shelves. They often come with 5-9 shelves and can fit quite a bit more than the smaller models.
