While we do take the best possible care in packaging your items, because of the nature of shipping handmade products made from formed powders, we cannot guarantee that every item will arrive intact. Please keep this in mind when placing your orders with us.

We do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements for any of our handmade products.

Products are fragile and should be handled with care in order to avoid breakage.

For best results, use products immediately or store vacuum-sealed bags in a cool, dry place until ready to use. Protect or remove any clothing or jewelry that could be damaged by dust or staining.

Products should be crushed outdoors or in a well-ventilated area. A respirator mask (like a KN95) and protective eye wear are recommended to prevent inhalation or injury from dust and debris.

Products may contain ingredients that can sometimes cause irritation or allergic reactions. If you have sensitive skin or if you think you may be allergic to any product, please conduct a patch test 48 hours prior to use.

Individuals who are sick or who may have lung or sinus issues, should not use our products without first consulting a medical professional and taking the necessary precautions to avoid an impact to your health. Dust is a contaminant after all and may have negative affects if inhaled in mass or over time, especially when your respiratory system may be compromised.

Products not recommended for consumption or inhalation. Please do not eat. Always wear a mask while crushing.

When reforming our powders, you'll only need to add water and mix until a smooth paste is formed. Pour into Tupperware, silicone molds, or foil trays and let dry in front of a box fan in a warm, dry place until firm. Remove from molds as soon as the reforms are fully separated from the sides of the molds. Then set on racks in front of a fan and continue drying for as many days as necessary for them to become bone dry.

You can also dry your paste inside of a dehydrator. The same principles apply. Dehydrate until the paste is firm and pulls away from the sides of the mold (about 3-8 hours). Remove reforms from the molds and place directly onto the rack and dry an additional 12-16 hours until the reforms are bone dry and lighter in weight. Let cool for 1-2 hours before crushing for the crispiest results.

To make crunchy powders softer, add a handful of cornstarch baby powder or a small amount of gentle fabric softener. To make softer powders crunchy and crispy, be sure to sift and make the paste a little looser, more like a pancake consistency. Please note, a wetter paste may take longer to dry.
